La Crosse

This is our last week in La Crosse. I have really enjoyed it here ( aside from living in a tiny hotel room). Michael and the girls and I became pretty close. With not having anybody else we knew out here, we were all that we had. I loved that, though I am looking forward to being around friends and family again. Today driving around I saw this old wall that had an culligan man advertisement on it. I have driven by it several times since we had been here and always thought "I would love to take some pictures of the girls in front of that". Well, today I figured would probably be my last chance. So we hopped out and I took some pictures. Then we went to a cemetery that again I drove by a million times and always thought it was beautiful. It was such a peaceful place. There were sections of it dedicated to veterans. It was a humbling thought that in just this little town so many fought for my freedoms and gave the ultimate sacrifice..... I am so grateful.

So cute!! And I totally know the we are all by ourselves feeling too and I love it, it changes your family. Although, being surrounded with family is amazing, you are lucky you get to go and see your parents, and then go back to the Coil Love. Miss you guys.

These pictures make me homesick for the girls. Emry's headband is so cute and the first picture on the blog of Amelia is amazing. I love the sign too. Great job with the camera, but of course, when you have girls as cute as Em and Amelia, it's not too hard to take great pics.

Erin your pictures are so good! I love emry's hair too. I MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU AND YOUR NEW HOME! But i'm grateful for the chance your little family has had to spend time together, just you guys. I think everyone needs that and I'm sure you are so much stronger because of this time. And goodbye little hotel room and hello big beautiful new home! Can't wait to see you soon. Love you. Have fun following the yellowbrick road for a little bit and come home soon! Love you. And is Amelia starting to look more and more like Emry? I want to know what you think. I think so, they are so cute together and you can already tell they will be best buds forever.
