Hi Everyone! So the bank accepted our offer on the house in Layton. This is the first house we bid on and have been anxiously awaiting word from the bank because it is the only house we have walked into and both said it felt right! It is a tri-level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room, living room, kitchen, dining room, storage crawl space, 2-car garage, and another unfinished basement area with room for a 4th bedroom and bathroom. I love the house - bet the girls will love that big yard to play in! Bet you can't wait to decorate! Now for some reason, I am going to go to town and get some chocolate ice cream : )
